I have two game keys for some reason, I don't understand how I have two, I only bought the game once -- but I assume they're both valid? Is it possible to check which key I redeemed on Steam and if the other key is unredeemed, is it possible I could give it away?

It's two standard edition keys not a black armour key (those had already expired when I bought the game).
