Possible to bundle Steam purchase with some cool tf2 hats or weapons?

So when someone pre-purchases NS2 they get a NS2 grenade launcher for tf2 demo, a cool hat, something to sway buyers or add incentive.
Is it possible to do this kind of deal or is it too late, not enough time, will Valve allow it?

Why would you want hats for TF2? It's an entirely different game and genre.
If they bundle it, they'll have to bundle it with other indie games.

As of yet, there's no concrete information about any promotions. UWE is, however, looking into working together with other companies to improve sales. Promotions of the kind you mentioned might be an option there.

Many games have bundled with TF2, a lot of them not even being of the FPS genre. Awesomenauts and Plants vs Zombies are two examples.

A chopped-off Fade arm to replace the sword for the Demoknight. :P Or the Medic's needlegun with a Lerk which he holds under his arm and squeezes spikes out of.

IMO hats are awesome in TF2, they are purely cosmetic and they cover your bald spot(heavy) :D. The weapons that are utilized in tf2 and ns have similarities.(Grenade launchers, minigun, flamethrower, sentry guns, pistols and more.) They would have to make the models more low poly and fit the theme of tf2.
