List of commands for keybinding?

I wanted to test out a few things and I'd like to rebind some stuff, but keeping the original.
like whats the command bound to shift for speed toggling? I want another on numpad5 since I've messing around with a naga.
Id rather not rebind the naga to shift because then itll be out of whack in every other app.

    Yeah a lot of the newly added features need bindings. Left Alt as voice chat was maddening as I kept alt-tabbing out of NS2, so I had Mouse3 for voice instead. Now I can't command with that setup without constantly pinging everywhere on the map >_<
