My specs are-

Is this good or will it not work?

Is this a laptop? I would say could run it but not very good. You should really think about gaming on a desktop they are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better.
Im sure his could handle the game?
I run it on a 2600k+ATI 5870 (1920x1200) and changing graphics options does barely anything to increase my FPS. On the other hand overclocking the CPU can yield some pretty big performance increase.
With luck you might be able to find somebody else with an fx-6100 running the game, who could give you some insight on how the game runs with that CPU.
But going by my gut-feeling and the overall performance of the fx-6100: Don't expect wonders, it will probably be playable but not really fluid.
Just keep in mind that the game is far away from being optimized right now (at least judging by what UWE has said about this), so performance could increase by a huge chunk with the final release. But i've heard stuff like that plenty of times by developers in my gaming time, in the end nobody can really say how much better the final release will run.

Well compared to Nvidia, AMD at least has a consistent numbering system that says somewhat meaningful about performance/generation. I still remember the release of the 9xxx series by Nvidia which had just been a huge rip-off. A 8800 GTX having better performance then an 9800 GTX? (Even by Nvidia promotion charts, until they removed them from their site). Only Nvidia can come up with crap like that.
