Damn vertexes, question about  them

I control+f the yellow ones and i move them making sure they dont go inside eachother, And still! STILL STILL STILL!! THE DANG MOUNTAINS F*CK UP AND LOOK LIKE THEy ARE INSIDE EACHOTHER BUT THE VERTEXES AREN't! HOW THE HELLL DO I MAKE MOUNTAINS WITH THE VERTEXES ####### UP ######!??!?!

    You need to calm down first, swearing on the forum probably won't get you much help.

    Make sure you snap to grid, keep the grid up around 4-8, remeber you cant snap verticies to to points along a slope unless that slope is "linear" is at 45 degrees or other "normal" factors like 30 or 60

    A pyramid shape, with a triangular base will rarely get invalid faces due to the nature of its shape. Try to work in all triangles if you can.

    Just because it looks snapped when zoomed out, doesnt mean it is, zoom in and check the nodes are snapped together, if not - correct.

    (btw, node = point at which the verticies meet - white points)

    Experience is they key to sucess.

    some one really should, if not done so allready, make a guide on the best methods to manipulate shapes.

    This may help me out with creating outdoor terrain, as I've never had to do such things in WC until I began to map for NS.
