an alienvision bug?

hi.
i dont know whether its a bug or not but if your exhaust your energy with fadeblink completly, avision is deaktivated auto.

    Hey while we are on bugs, is it just me or does the sound option in the game keep resetting back to defaults when you exit the game and then load it up again?
    Example I put the music down to zero, the microphone sound down to a few bars and the SFX up all the way, but then when I exit and come back in, the bars are where I set them but the music is playing and the sfx is low, so I have to move the bars again back and forth and hit apply and it works again?
