Extra gift copy?

Apologies if this is the wrong forum section, but "technical" help didn't seem right.

Basically, are we supposed to have recieved the gift copies of the game yet? I preordered ages ago (have some proof: <a href="http://puu.sh/14xGQ)" target="_blank">http://puu.sh/14xGQ)</a> and haven't gotten one, so just wondering if I missed out for some reason, or if I'm worrying for no reason at all.

    I am wondering the same thing cause i bought it earlier this year when it was for 40 dollars and was hoping i was getting a gift copy along with the new marine amour
