Live Broadcasting Mod

I have been a NS player for many years like most of you. So this is something I would like to work on and seek a lot of help from the community.
There have been a few NS broadcasts for league games, and one of the most difficult things for a spectator is to follow along.
I have done a Broadcasting and Video Production Diploma and have had a lot of experience in the field of TV live broadcasting,
so I very well know how hard it can be to broadcast an event live and keep the audience informed and up to date.
So, the project I would like to work on is to create a `Broadcasting mod` for NS2 specifically. What this will do is provide a better
tool to the live broadcast and the commentators. This will be based on actual studio setups and concepts. It will provide a
more realistic and clean feel to the audience when watching a broadcast, and will more or less make it a lot more interesting
to follow along.
Some details and Features:
<ul><li>Multi Cam Preview for Commentators</li><li>Live feed preview</li><li>Sound mixer</li><li>Graphics & Titles</li><li>Instant Replay</li><li>Live feed like twitter</li><li>Scoreboard feed</li></ul>
Example:
The broadcaster will have a full screen control panel, where there will be a multi-cam preview of each players camera view (toggle between 1st, 3rd, action cam)
To one side of the screen there will be a grid of small camera views, this will allow a moderator or commentator to always see any action that might be of interest.
There will be 2 camera views larger then the others, 1 - will show the outgoing broadcast, 2 - will show a preview and live mix before the broadcaster or moderator
sends the feed to the audience.
There will be the ability to bring in titles and graphics, for example the name of a player and their score, or game stats, looses and wins.
Just like you would see during a sports broadcast.
How to implement it with NS2:
Similar idea to HLTV (Half Life TV)
One slot will allow to view all the players and the overview of the map
This Broadcast mod will organize all the feeds into an easy to use control panel
This will allow for a more professional and better broadcast coverage for league games or other competitive play.
