Do you still get access to beta if you preorder on steam?

Hey everyone,

I was originally following this game, but then somehow forgot about it. I remember that back in the day when you preordered it, you got access to beta. When I look on steam, it doesn't say anything about beta anymore. Do you still get beta access if you preorder it on steam now?
