I've been testing alot and trying to figure out what makes the server drop for my servers. When cloaking all of my structors it drops my tickrate from 32 tickrate to 20 tickrate.

+1! Max is 30 and above that indicates errors.
How frequently are you restarting your servers (I think your setup video showed you doing it once a day?) and what are you doing to prevent the server sitting empty on the same map for more than four hours (beyond this causes tick problems until a restart, after 6-8 hours you'll even see a permanent tick drop until reboot!).
Just play a game and put it cloaking in your two hive bases and other places around the map and you probably notice it to :/<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
I didn't mean to detract from what you were saying, i've been playing around and looking at the perf logs and you're right, heavy cloaking of entities does tend to degrade tick (drifters, as always, being a much bigger strain than anything else).
