Reasons to V1 a Commander

So I had a game yesterday and we had a Marine Commander that did not give us any upgrades for 20 minutes. Fortunately, the game was stacked in my opinion and we held the Aliens off and held our ground. We secured about 70 % of the rez towers ... 10 our of 12 Marines had 90 P-rez and were calling our for shotguns and jetpacks. Eventually the Comm was kicked.

So... anyone else have stories of reasons to kick a Comm out? Lets hear it for discussion purposes.

    i'll vote for a kick if theres zero communication. and i mean zero.
    I dont mind if u dont have a mic, but as a "commander" you need to communicate strategy or what you are planning to upgrade or push to etc.
    So when ur begging for any sign of life for 10 minutes and theres still nothing, and he isnt doing a good job or responding to your advice, then i will vote.
