A few minor server select screen changes

<div class="IPBDescription">To help make starting a game more "User Friendly"</div>Add a Server filter system.
ie; Only show servers that are: Not Empty, Not Full, Has X Mod, Not Password Protected, Etc.
After person presses refresh, instead of it saying Refreshing.... (Or just make a 2 second timeout on the button) make it become "Refresh" again so users know they could press it again to refresh current list. And not have to wait till it finishes loading. (Ive waited over 5 mins and its still refreshing.... and no new servers are added after the first like 30 secs) Didn't realize I could click on the "Refreshing..." and it will start refreshing it again.
Just those two suggestions since my friends that I let try my account (Had no idea what natural selection was) said they didnt even know how to join a game.
