Match Replay?

I don't know if we already have this or it's even possible or just too much work but it'd be awesome to be able to watch a previously played match. It's a hassle to record a whole match thru fraps or any other third party program and sometimes the match itself might not have been worth recording. I definitely wanna put up some videos/frags on YouTube but fraps'ing while recording causes some fps lag which prevents me from playing at my best. That and the fact that I usually play in lower resolutions /w some graphical effects turned off, just because I actually perform better that way (even though I can handle max settings with 50-60fps)

IF this exists, I will be able to put up some sick pub matches or at least some nice frags for those who have not played NS2 before.

It's already in, but there are little to no features for it.
    The console command:
    record name
Will record your game, note that you HAVE to start the recording before you join a server. This is stated to be changed later on by UWE.
To view your record I think it's simply:
    play name
You cannot fastforward or rewind or anything.
But with this method you don't have to run fraps while playing.
I also believe they recently put in a "film" console command, which should remove some HUD stuff.

The last time I tried it, it was impossible to use it for much of anything because its playback speed depends on your FPS compared to the FPS with which it was recorded. What that means is that if your computer is faster than the one the demo was recorded on, it will play back faster than normal speed, and if your computer is slower than the one the demo was recorded on, it will play back slower than normal speed.
