Cheats on dedicated servers

Every now and then, I need to test out some things on our servers and being able to do cheats 1 would make my life easier, however I've yet to find a way to do this through ServerAdmin.json. Is there a way to add rights for admins to enable cheats on a server? Allowing sv_cheats and cheats don't work in the .json file.

Doesn't work even if I allow sv_rcon in serveradmin.json. What am I doing wrong? I put it in as "sv_rcon cheats 1" and sv_rcon "cheats 1", no effect.

Do you have the DAK Admin Mod installed? I could get sv_rcon working with that mod installed

It should be possible to set without mods, at the moment listen server isn't working so i have to run a dedicated and test map that way, any idea how to set devmode and cheats?

eh?

You just click the console window for the server.exe process and hit tab to bring up the grey console window; then you hit ` when you select that grey console window to open the server console.

You can type cheats 1 there.

Thanks, i wondered why i could type anything when i found the -console command.
