American NS League?

Lets start one.
Weekend tournaments are nice and all, but some of us can not spend the ENTIRE 8 hours straight playing a tourney. I would much rather participate in a league with a single match on weekdays usually at nights. A group table with 3 points for wins and 1 point for ties would be nice like in soccer. One or two matches a week would be less hectic, and easier for all teams to be able to field 6 players. Having a tournament over the span of a couple months is more enjoyable and digestable rather than having to have a rushed one all in 1 or 2 days. Maybe after all teams have played other teams once then have a weekend elimination bracket for the top 8 teams or something.... Anyone wanna help organize a league?

Check out my post in the Squad Five forums: http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns2/forums/in...howtopic=121652
More advertisements for gathers? Good point. Maybe Hugh could be of help there.
I see alot of american activity lately, compared to how quiet it have been on the gathers.
But the more the merrier!
nexzil hahaha :P
Not going to change tbh. First come, first serve with recruiting and our roster is 12NA max, 9EU max.
Give some love to our girls team too :P
Uh, yeah! Can't forget the vagina squad!
Nope. Need more, though to start scrimming as a true all-female team. Unfortunately Girlsoul doesn't count. ):
You guys are so evil! Like the yankees stealing erryone!!!!!
Lol
does blinky counts? :D
Yes, the nexzil hierarchy is very controvertial indeed. More teams and at least twice as many members as the top teams combined, the only thing that can save the rest from player monopoly is taxation (pro gaming salary rumors, are they true??). Just like the American natives it is time to welcome our new overlords. Get ready for thanksgiving, because this turkey's stuffed.
Also sounds more interesting to me then having bunch of different leagues going on...
Agree
Yeah, anyone that isn't in Inversion is just bad.
NA players in NS1 always relied on somewhat greater skill because their teamwork wasnt as good, seems we dont have either currently in NS2 :(
Should NS2 become a more skill based shooter I expect some of that to change however, there are alot of NA players around...
Id like to hear what NA players can compare to top EU players currently, cause ive seen none.
Also goes to my point about the NA scene maturing....

You mean like, when we've beaten them? I guess you really like ignoring reality. And yeah, you're trolling for a response - and talking about maturity in the same post, nice.
edit: But most of all your post is pointless and negative for absolutely no reason. I don't understand how you could rationalize it in your head.
It's true that you should keep the mindset of always trying to be better. But I don't think that EU is that far ahead of NA. The Fana/Tane factor is the only thing imo.
I think there are several NA players (GORGEous, Rantology, Joe!, Mobetta) that stack up against top EU players. They just aren't as talked about on stream or on the forums/full of themselves.
Are you just agreeing EU has better tactics / teamwork at this point? Sounds like it.

Nexzl's hypermutation tactics were pretty awesome last cup.
