B222 Black menu [BUG]

So I just got home and loaded up the new build that was just released. I am quite enjoying the new menu music, but I would enjoy it a lot more if I had a menu in the first place. :o I tried verifying the cache through steam and restarted the game multiple times. I can see the in-game mouse cursor and can hear menu sounds when hovering over the would-be buttons, but all I see is black. Before the update I had it on max graphics in fullscreen windowed. Anyone else having this problem? Will update as I find out more. Thanks!

Try deleting your cache files in "C:\Users\[Your Account's Name]\AppData\Roaming\Natural Selection 2\cache" and running NS2 again.

Following those instructions I cleaned out the cache folder and started it back up- Still a black screen. Thank you for the speedy reply though!

can you get the console up or is even that not visible? You could try alt+enter to see if it will go into windowed mode.

Have you installed a mod like the MenuMod or something?

Aha! That was it! Thank you. I pressed Alt+enter and it brought it into windowed mode. Turned out I forgot to change the resolution back down to 1600x900 after using a larger monitor. That seemed to fix it. Thank you all again.
