Bug: If Game Ends While In Teleporter, Hl Crashes

<div class="IPBDescription">is there a bug report place?</div> As title says, I was using the teleporter when the last alien was killed, got the message that the marines won, and instead of being sent to the ready room my HL just crashed without any message.
