Texture Streaming: Hud not loading

I need to use Texture Streaming because it greatly reduces the load times on my system. Unfortunately in the latest build, instead of having a black screen for a few seconds as my hud loads, most of my hud doesn't load anymore. So I'm stuck playing without a crosshair, minimap, and even kill icons. Sorry about the image dump.
