You can kill them all you want as long as you also help them learn. Better hope a server admin doesn't see you bad mouthing them, I for one would ban you.

Woah we just don't want to go around inappropriately banning people for no justifiable reason.

I'd recommend vets don't tell people how to turn off the rookie tags.
If they figure it out meh but I think it's best newbs have them on for whole 4 hour period.
