crash during loading screen (for game not menu)

so i weighted a month for the game to come out and i wake up this morning amazingly excited and download it and i'm amazed at the speed of the download (20 mins) as i thought it would take about 5 hours! I then went to training, set it up (summit, password, 4 players and explore) and during the loading screen it crashed and it gave me the error log:

before you ask yes i did re-install it and no change, I got about 1 min of game play (before re-installation) where the infestation was blue checked and pouncing crashed it :( help me.
