Precache error game wont load

Just got the game today, Can't play it . Loads map screen but as soon as it tries to load the "precache ) it freezes then kicks me out to the bug report.
Any help ???

    This is a known issue, please look at technical support forum. Devs are working on a fix and I would expect a patch later today they are usually pretty good at hotfix.
