Show some indication mods are updating while in menus

Hey,
I was getting insane pings on servers there when looking for a server to join .. restarted ns2 multiple times, checked my connection, rebooted router etc...
Ended up (had a brainwave to check!) that it was the mods from workshop updating .. if I hadn't checked the mod menu I'd have been at a loss
I'd suggest having some visible sign in the menus that some mods are updating
