New features, modifications, and balances would/could be considered. Entries might come from moderators, Ideas and Suggestions post titles, or direct user submission.
I figure this format would be a better way to indicate support for ideas. Good ideas in forums may be buried in noise and number of replies corresponds to the controversy of the idea, not support for it.
