I have fixed it but it requires me putting everything on the lowest quality :/

This issue is a bug that started in Build 227 (1.0)
I assume is is because the precaching is not done properly before map load and is causing assets to load imporperly or display weird.
Wait till the precache update goes live this evening, it should hopefully be fixed by then.
