Where to claim preoder stuff?

These can be found in this folder if you have set up Steam the default way:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\natural selection 2\DeluxeEdition

How did you order NS2?

should be downloaded automagically with the patches.
1. find your steam folder
2. go to subfolder Steam\SteamApps\common\natural selection 2\DeluxeEdition
