Playing at low graphics (below 800x600) issues

Hey, everybody! In order for my game to run smoothly I need to set the graphics really low like 512x400, 400x300 etc. Now I don't mind that the game looks kinda ugly when set so low but there are a few issues I can't overlook. Firstly when I look at the map, it only shows a fragment of the entire map. The second issue is that when I bring up the scoreboard it is messed up aswell. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it just something the developers overlooked, because they didn't expect anyone to play at such ###### graphics. Thanks in advance!
