How to bind new keys in console?

<div class="IPBDescription">Options only lets you do one key</div>I'm trying to bind mwheeldown to +jump, but I know it's not the half life engine, what is the console command for it? Also, in the options it only lets you do one button per action, and it won't work for mwheeldown for some reason.

Also is there a sensitivity option in the console? So when you play aliens or marines or different life forms you could quickly press a button and change sensitivity. Thanks

Another thing is, did they take out strafe jump? I was trying to do it but it didn't work I think.

I wouldn't mind knowing some of this stuff too. I want to bind the Marine's voice command Hostiles spotted to a button, but can't find the information for it anywhere.
