Just two things that I want

in NS2 General Discussion
1. Holding the map button, I want the map to show player names, or at least be able to toggle their names on.
2. I want to be able to hotkey players, and have them stay hotkeyed throughout the game. Currently the hotkey is unbound after death, and since death is so frequent, I'm not able to easily select them.

These things should be considered improvements to the game. They are not against UWE's vision (ie parasites shouldn't be healed by the armory is an opinion).

    hopefully a squad system will come back for marines at least - in the early alpha/beta they had automatic squads when marines were near each other

    one thing that would be very nice for spectator mode = show player name when you select them 3rd person.

    sometimes i see a good player and want to spec him for a while, and it's quite some hassle to find him - then when he dies it seemingly goes to some random guy and you have to find him all over again.

    (in addition to 1st person spec, which is probably top priority for spectator improvements already)
