<div class="IPBDescription">For those games that just go too long...</div>I've been playing NS for a total of 4 days, so I definitely qualify as a 'newb'. When I connect to a server, I join the team that is outnumbered. In 99 percent of the cases, they are outnumered because they are losing and people don't like to lose so they quit/change teams.
Now -- I'm not a wuss, but as Shrike said in a different post, there are points in a game when defeat is inevitable, but because of the game structure, it can take 10+ minutes to actually end the game. And this doesn't even count if some loser teammate skulk runs off and hides in a duct.
I think it'd be much funner if there was an option for a team to vote to concede a match and restart, similiar to the vote to eject command. I don't mind playing a game when the other team has a momentum, but playing aliens with 1 hive vs HMG/HA marines (or playing marines stuck in spawn spamming grenades vs Onos)... well -- after a certain point you just start hoping the enemy gets its act together and finishes you.
Anyone else agree with me?
