In game voice issue

The ingame voice does not pick up sounds from my mic.
I use the mic on the Siberia Steelseries headset. And yes I know there is a push to talk key ^
The mic works perfect in steam, skype, TS, mumble and everything else but not in this game.
I tried to switch of other recording devices and switch from normal "audio cable" to USB and still nothing.
If you have some insights it would be appreciated, feels like ingame communication is a pretty big part of this game so.
