Why does my toolbar call NS2 Hong Kong?

<div class="IPBDescription">lolz just noticed when I Alt Tabbed</div>Im playing in Windowed-Full Screen mode. Alt tabbed and noticed that NS2 shows as Hong Kong. lol

Hehehe, I guess you just have Flayra's, now defunct, mod active. You can disable it by clicking it in the mod options.
