Hit Box Issues

Maybe it's just an off day for me but I seem to be missing much more than usual. I am on a low ping server with 100% perf and my connection is solid. Computer is a beast as well with dual 570's. Couple days ago I was doing well and today on a couple servers I tried I can't hit anything. I unload a whole clip right in a skulks head sitting next to me and no damage.

Are there any tweak settings like in NS1 that would help me get better hit box action or people using some kind of lag hack already? Maybe I am missing the breaking news? Either that or I just perma-suck now.

    Not a tech wiz here but be very careful on WHICH servers you are playing on. They are not all created equal and there have been issues with servers that run too long without a restart. Might not be you at all, but where you are connecting too. Just something to consider =)
