The clog wall of doom

Well I suggested we make a giant clog wall to defend our only hive and it worked for a surprisingly long time. We ended up needing to rebuilt it a few times but we lived just that little bit longer! I think we had about 7 gorges contribute in the end attending to the wall as it broke down. Oh and sorry for the crappy graphics..i play on the lowest resolution setting.

I once suggested we all go gorge and all place hydras in our base. In was a large 24 player server, so we had 36 hydras placed in departures in the map docking. Any marine who tried to come in was insta killed by sooo many hydras. Because of this we lasted another 10 minutes untill they got coordinated and did an exo/flamethrower/gernade rush and killed everything.

One guy with a GL would spell the end for that wall, I think.

Gorge play like james888 mentions is fun, but it's a lot more fun to do in the enemy base, at the one minute mark. :D

One of my clan mates (this guy Freeto) pulled off a full-fledged gorge rush the other day with about 7 players. Tons of hydras everywhere. Alot of folks were laughing and claiming it was the first gorge rush they've seen in NS2.
