My pre-order did not get the DLC.

I was wandering if my friend who gifted me Natural Selection through steam gets the DLC because he paid for it. I checked the DLC for Natural Selection on steam and it dose not have any DLC for Natural Selection2. How do I get the DLC?</strike> never mind, I got it.
