Odd Problem (underwater)

System Specs:
1.666 ghz Athlon AMD XP 2000
512 ddr ram
Geforce 4 440 128
Natural selection runs like a charm now that I have updated my Video card drivers (70+ fps) However there is a problem that remains:
When I am Underwater my computer does not display the gfx correctly... In stead of slightly blurry it flashes Black geometric shapes and is quite disturbing. Hopefully my screenshot can explain it better than me

At least it's not a problem on most maps <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' valign='absmiddle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
But seriously, try reinstalling your drivers or picking a different version (Did you get the latest Nvidia ones?) If it still happens, try using very-slightly older versions (some peopel archive em).
