Research time in commander info balloons

<div class="IPBDescription">like in starcraft innit</div>When you hover over something to research as commander it would be good if it told you how long it would take as well as how much it will cost.
e.g. Weapons Level 1 - 15 res - 80 sec.
Leap - 25 res - 60 sec.
Think this would definitely be helpful for all new and plenty of experienced players too, a lot of people don't seem to know timings and this would be much easier than having to look them up on the wiki/forums.
