2 monitors problem

Hi everyone!
Does anybody has a problem with multiple monitors? IF I play as a player then there is no problem, no mouse on the screen. But I played 5 games today as a commander and my mouse is all the time moving also to the next monitor even I have it in fullscreen. I tried to alt+tab, rerun the game, alt+enter etc. Nothing helped. And you can imagine how it s...ks to play a commander when you are sometimes out of the game and twice it minimized which is crazy!
Any help? I have Nvidia geforxe 460, 2 normal monitors etc. But this is the only game with such issue...
