Alien Commander aka "gardener" and gorges

Just a quick idea that would be required to be fleshed out more, but allow gorges to collect "seeds" from buildings that managed to mature so they can build the exact building type somewhere else, free of cost or at some small pres cost. After collecting these seeds, the original building is knocked back from being a matured building to a new building.
The alien commander still dictates what buildings are being placed, but the gorges can spread out these buildings.
Imho this will give gorges a boost to their "builder" role throughout the game and are essential in establishing forward bases and it will also be more rewarding to build these structures earlier so they can be reused quicker. The commander has no way of doing this himself, so gorges can give a direct boost to team support in this manner.
