Unable to load mods

<div class="IPBDescription">Cyrillic letters in user's folder path</div>All mods, i've downloaded are listed in the main menu section "mods", but i am unable to use any of them.
For example:
I subscribed for mod collection "Combat Mode and Maps". All files have been downloaded and now available. Attempting to enter any combat server made client download mods again and shows message "Client and server differ".
I have Russian Windows 7, and path to my personal NS2 folder looks like <i><u>C:\Users\Ðркадий\AppData\Roaming\Natural Selection 2\Workshop</u></i> , so i think, that cyrillic letters are the main problem.I wonder if there were opportunity to change path to this folder on custom one.
