Compiling Shaders error

Hello guys,
i've brought the game today. But when i try to join a server, any server, the loading screen starts up, but when it reaches "Compiling Shares for first Run (34/49) the game freezes, a debut erro window pops up, but i can't see it, and the only way out is to "Crtl+alt+del".
My Pc is a Motherboard Asus P8H61-M LE, Intel core i7 3770, Geforce GT 640, 8gb memory, Win 7

Delete the shaders folder - revalidate in Steam (Library > right click on NS2 > local files > revalidate)
probably when you downloaded the game something corrupted.
