SOLVED - Serious graphical error

I keep running into the same error. Whenever I launch the game and enter a server, all the walls, models, items, weapons are just... invisible. The only thing I can see are the lights and the skybox. Its like the textures dont work...

I'm running;

Operating System
MS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
CPU
Intel Core i5 2500K @ 3.30GHz 46 °C
Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
RAM
8.00 GB DDR3 @ 668MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8Z68-V GEN3 (LGA1155)
Graphics
DELL U2412M (1920x1200@60Hz)
AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series

I've tried;

Relaunching the game
Updating my graphics drivers
Verifying the game cache
Deleting the local content and downloading it again
Turning all the graphics settings to low

I dont really know what else to do...

I really wanna play this game, but right now I'm just getting a crushing level of buyers remorse. Help me out!

There is a simple fix. Go into your Catalyst drivers and turn SmoothVision HD Anti- Aliasing to "Use application settings"
