No Alien upgrade indicator?

Did I miss something or is there no indicator for the alien commander what upgrade(incl. level) are currently available?
Sometimes I just lose track about what and how many upgrade chambers I already build (especially after losing an rebuilding hives)

He said for the alien commander. Alien commanders don't have an evolution menu to check what upgrades there are.

When I have su a problem as a commander, I exit and press B... doesn't sound like a good way to me.

You should probably be paying more attention to your hives if this is an issue. Exiting and pressing B also works. I don't see this as a priority usually, when you lose an upgrade the team will invariably whine about it.

The UI for both teams (aliens more) need some work indeed. Both commander interfaces are on that list what I'd like to call, "git on it!"

Yeah this seems to be a pretty big oversight.

A crappy workaround is that you could exit the hive and check (press B), but there's really no reason not to:
<i>1. Let the alien commander see which upgrades are currently active, and
2. Let the alien commander see how many eggs are alive.</i>
