<div class="IPBDescription">Performance tweaking etc</div>Does anyone know of a way to reduce the quality of particle effects? I have been noticing my performance drops most around things such as epxlosions, smoke, spores, etc. As soon as the effects die off, my performance improves. Any way to tweak this, and can we have some settings added to the graphics menu to set their fidelity?

We're working on some particle optimizations right now which will be in a future patch.

Is there any way to turn down texture quality further or adjust the LoD settings on player models?

    Excellent.

Are there any console commands to set particle fidelity? I can see "r_particles true/false" but Id rather not turn them off completely.

How about turning off the name of the players we are looking at onscreen? I don't need to know who I'm shooting at lol.
