Problems with server visibility in 229

I have a question for the server operators here.
I'm helping my TF2 community transition over to NS2 with some cupcakes and candy, and helping to admin our community's NS2 server.
Our server went up for the community right after launch at b228, and everything was fine. Server was smoother than most servers I had been on, barring the ones from ns2servers.com, which was surprising considering its hardware. Anyway, I set it up mostly stock - it's vanilla/non-modded to avoid being filtered, rookie friendly, etc.
Showed up in the server browser just fine.
The other day, b229 comes out, and we update our server to b229.
As far as I can tell, nothing has changed - all the config files are untouched. This tells me either the config files were not updated, or were skipped in the updating process.
The only major changes to the config files are tweaking the autoconcede value, and adding a couple server admins.
Unfortunately, ever since we updated to b229, the server has completely disappeared from the server browser.
I can connect directly to it via IP, but no one else would know the server exists.
This is supported by the fact that our server has been completely empty for the past few days, and not even seeding attempts would work.
It seems no one can find our server right now, at least via the server browser.
Has something changed, or is there some hidden problem I don't know about?

Restarted the server a few times and it randomly decided to show up on the server browser again.
