<div class="IPBDescription">Back to the Original</div>I feel the current bite model needs to be reverted to 75 damage no matter what, even if it results in a smaller bite cone. I think this will accomplish two things.
Its not a static damage and in my opinion it should be to stay consistent to both the RTS game style and to the "no hit-boxes" employed in this game. The damage variation is simply a reverse hit box in my mind.
It also now gives the player a buff without really buffing the skulk, which in result allows for more leniency for new players and old players get the same consistency anyway since they probably deal 75 more often than not.
Thoughts?

I don't have a problem with it personally, so long as it didn't give Skulks an unfair advantage at any stage of the game. Having a flat DPS (scaled for hit/miss accuracy) would make combat simpler, but not necessarily better. I currently enjoy having the wider cone the current patch, and still manage to land bites, even if all of them aren't 100% on target.<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Oh yea the other part to my argument is marines don't do less damage when they "barely miss." While I understand that its a bite and it physically can barely hit, its not clean for this game (again opinion).
