i5 750 @2.7ghz stock
4GB DDR3 1600
Windows 7 64 ultimate
Geforce 660ti 2gb
Latest graphics drivers installed
I just ran the game with cpu-z open, and my processor is staying at 1.2ghz and 50% usage with the game running in the middle of a match while my fps sits at 20. Are there any solutions for this? I'm guessing the problem is what I just mentioned above. I'll keep messing around and monitor stuff though.
