Balancing the onos

Hey here are my ideas to balance the onos without actually touching the onos.

Fades should be given 250/100 and 250/150, be a little more visible while blinking. spore should be t1, umbra should be t2. Onos should be 3-hives for tres, and dual exos should be droppable by the commander. Umbra should be nerfed to 1/3 damage reduction instead of 1/2 bullets blocked.

Also the exo claw should do something useful, perhaps more damage, or at least allow an upgrade to dual for 25 res, because the minigun is the same as an lmg and exos are immobile and can't be beaconed or weld or be medpacked or build.

Thoughts?
