Reverse Autobalance

<div class="IPBDescription">Because respawning is way more fun!</div>Suggestion: Why not instead of preventing spawning in by the over-populated team, allow the underpopulated team to re-spawn faster?

Aliens: shorten the respawn timer and have hives produce eggs faster

Marines: shorten the time it takes to spawn into the game.

The weak team is still weak, but it gives them a chance, and any large push which was about to win the game isn't instantly squashed by no respawns

    Would much prefer this, but then again the current autobalance system is meant to strongly encourage you to swap teams rather than equalize them artificially through spawn timers.

    If I spawned same as normal, I would most likely not swap teams. Current system I can wait for a minute or two if teams are imbalanced, and sometimes just think 'screw it' and swap to the clearly losing team.

    Why would you go to another team if you play a whole game? Last game i plyaed (5min ago) the same issues. We as aliens had 2 hives, all went fine, we had a onos. Onos get killed, Exo went in, then skulks vs exo = lost. So much players of aliens left the game. It was 3 vs 9, but 6 can't spawn. 2 aliens fight against the exo and other 2 marines, and 1 went to base and ruined their command center. Exo went back to base, aliens got second hive up. New players joined the game and all this happens again. Exo went again to hive, kill hive etc. I also left alien-team and went spectating (it isn't fun to get 1sec. killed again and again by exo's). The game could have finished in 5 min, but lasts 20 min.
