I hate being called "bro!" That's ok, though. I doubt they have a dedicated web designer. They might, but their team is amazingly small.

Well that explains it then. They hired someone to make a website for them and never even had an internal web designer. Of Course they never had someone on their staff building websites. That was the whole point.

They posted about hiring for someone to re-make the UWE sites in Wordpress. I assume that this is probably in the process of being done now, so they are probably happy with the out-dated site until the new sites are complete.

Their web designer is Max, who accidentally built the CMS that powers this website over a weekend of research into what a CMS is. I believe he's currently a little occupied fixing bugs in the game engine he single-handedly built from scratch. I believe he'll schooling Chuck Norris on how to arm-wrestle shortly after that.
