New shift implementation

Instead of spawning eggs from a shift, can we make it so the shift just moves eggs from a hive into its location?, quite similar to the echo ability except it draws eggs to its location and not the other way around. This will help stop the mass egg spam attack abuse while keeping the original concept of 'mass teleport' working.

(You can still shift multiple eggs to one location, but you are egg locked based on how many eggs you have)

    Would only work somewhat if it would really allow mass moving of eggs and not just one by one. Otherwise the micromanagement need would kill it as much as the current new implementation does.

    Though they would also have to buff egg spawn rates at Hives in general then. Shifts are currently a requirement to not get egg-starved five minutes into the game on servers with higher populations.

    I realllly like this idea, it fits in with the primary function of a shift; a shift should not be producting eggs (that is what a hive is for), shifts *move* things. You should be able to shift in an egg from the hive at one cost or just a cooldown.

    For this to work, hives should be able to produce the extra eggs at a cost. This would also help with egglocking on a non-shift hive.

    As for micromanaging, I don't think this will be a problem, just have one click to move an egg from a random hive to an random location around the shift. Almost like the shift does now, no location selection.

    if you have a look at how 'echo' currently works, you click 'echo' and you have a selection of buildings (which were around the shift) to echo in..

    similarly, if you click this 'shift egg' thing, it can either pick a random egg and move it, or let you choose which hive the egg came from.
